In Premiere and Final Cut, you can click, hold alt, and drag - this will create a copy. In most cases, the easiest way to create a longer length clip is to duplicate or copy and paste. This is also somewhat varied from program to program, but these clips are infinitely looping, so you can make them however long you need to make them. Anywhere that you can easily change the highlight or white color of the clip, you’ll be in business. If you use a different software, there will certainly be an equivalent type of effect. Here, you can easily just swap the white color to your desired color, which should give you the desired result.
